Meet Our Family

Keith and Jodi Katz

Owners

Keith and Jodi Katz are the owners of Quality Service Center. Keith has been in the auto repair business since 1981, and opened Quality Service Center in 1998. While he spends a lot of time managing the business, he also works part time in the shop as a technician. His wife Jodi is a retired elementary school teacher, and does a lot of the behind the scenes work. They have been married for over 32 years, and have a two married children. They enjoy time at the beach and spending time playing with their two grandchildren.

Dan McWilliams

Service Manager

Dan joined our team in 2011. He has over 17 years of experience in the automotive industry. In 2016 he moved from technician to service manager. His skills and knowledge will help you make the right decisions in what is needed to repair your car, and maintain it to help make it last. Dan enjoys hunting and fishing, and spending time with his son.

John Frey

Auto Mechanic

John joined our team in May 2016. John brings with him over 30 years of auto repair experience. He is committed to repairing your vehicle properly the first time, and has the skills to resolve any of your concerns. John is a very friendly person, and knows what it takes to help run a shop efficiently and productively. John enjoys going to auctions and crabbing on the weekends.

Doug Hamilton

Auto Mechanic

Doug Hamilton joined our team in November of 2017. Doug is a graduate of Penn Tech and spent many years working as a Honda/Acura tech. Doug’s skills reach beyond just Honda’s and Acura’s and is very particular in making sure the repairs are done accurately. He is very friendly and enjoys his job. Doug is married and they are expecting a child sometime in early 2018. Doug enjoys weekends with his wife and step-daughter.
