Keith and Jodi Katz

Owners

Keith and Jodi Katz are the owners of Quality Service Center. Keith has been in the auto repair business since 1981, and opened Quality Service Center in 1998. While he spends a lot of time managing the business, he also works part-time in the shop as a technician. His wife Jodi is a retired elementary school teacher and does a lot of the behind the scenes work. They have been married for over 33 years, and have two married children. They enjoy time at the beach and spending time playing with their three grandchildren.


Dan Mcwilliams | Quality Service Center

Dan McWilliams

Service Manager

Dan has been with us since 2011. He has over 18 years of experience in the automotive industry. In 2016 he moved from technician to service manager. His skills and knowledge will help you make the right decisions in what is needed to repair your car, and maintain it to help make it last. In his free time, Dan enjoys hunting and fishing, and spending time with his son.

Joe joined our team in 2017 and brought with him an extensive knowledge of European cars. His skills however cover a wide range of makes and models. Joe is very particular and works hard at keeping your car well maintained and running like new. Joe’s wife is a teacher in Dallastown, and together they have 2 sons, which Joe enjoys spending time with.

 

Gabby Ruffatto| Quality Service Center

Gabby Ruffatto

Customer Service Representative.

In June of 2018, Gabby joined our team as our customer service rep. She is able to schedule your appointments, and help check you in when you drop off your vehicle. She also handles all of our marketing. Gabby is a newlywed, married In August 2018, and enjoyed traveling through New England and Canada. She enjoys cooking and baking; at times we all get to enjoy what she makes. Gabby loves to laugh and will make you feel welcomed and comfortable when you stop in at QSC.
