Keith and Jodi Katz
Owners
Keith and Jodi Katz are the owners of Quality Service Center. Keith has been in the auto repair business since 1981, and opened Quality Service Center in 1998. While he spends a lot of time managing the business, he also works part-time in the shop as a technician. His wife Jodi is a retired elementary school teacher and does a lot of the behind the scenes work. They have been married for over 33 years, and have two married children. They enjoy time at the beach and spending time playing with their three grandchildren.

Dan McWilliams
Service Manager
Dan has been with us since 2011. He has over 18 years of experience in the automotive industry. In 2016 he moved from technician to service manager. His skills and knowledge will help you make the right decisions in what is needed to repair your car, and maintain it to help make it last. Cindi Holmes
Cindi joined our team in 2020 and has brought fun into the office. She handles our customer services, marketing, and many other things in the office. Cindi is married and enjoys throwing darts competitively and spending time with her grandchildren. She loves to laugh and will make you feel welcomed.

Brady Heffelfinger
Brady joined our team in January 2022 and brings with him a great skill in being able to evaluate your vehicle and get it back into top shape. In his spare time, he enjoys playing video games and just hanging out with friends.
