Our Team

Keith’s favorite thing outside of work is spending time with his grandchildren. He loves doing yard work in the summer and spending time at the beach. His dream car was always a ’67-’69 Mustang. He currently has a ’68 Mustang coupe that he loves driving. His grandfather was a mechanic and whenever he came around, he would be by his side while he worked on his dad’s car. He thinks this is where his love for cars came from. If he wasn’t in this industry, he has no clue what he would have done. Maybe he would have tried to get into the NASCAR world. This has always been his passion. He has been married to his wife since 1985. He has 3 granddaughters locally that he loves to spend time with and 1 grandson that unfortunately lives in Kentucky so he doesn’t get to see him as much but loves spending time in Kentucky with him and his daughter and son-in-law. Keith is ASE-certified in 7 out of 8 main certifications. He is also licensed for PA State Safety and Emission Inspections.

Jodi is a retired elementary school teacher. She now uses those teaching skills to teach children at church and also at a school release program. Jodi is our “behind the scenes” marketing person spending countless hours creating the “Thank You” gifts we hand out to each client everyday. She also spends the time paying our bills and keeping things in order in the office. She loves to spend time running and being outdoors. She also likes spending time with her 4 grandchildren. As for a dream car, I am not sure there is one, however she always makes sure people know her first car was a Ford Maverick with a bent frame so the doors didn’t close tightly. Her favorite car is a car that runs well and is well maintained.

Julie enjoys spending time with friends and family, being around loved ones. It brings her joy and contentment and helps her recharge. She is most proud of her personal growth and development. Over the years she has focused on self-improvement and becoming the best version of herself. Through self reflection and learning from her mistakes, she has grown and is truly proud. She enjoys her job which allows meaningful interaction with people. She also enjoys engaging with others and listening to their stories.

We’re excited to highlight Eric Thompson in his new role as Service Advisor at Quality Service Center! Eric has been part of the QSC team for 3 years and we’re excited to see him step into this new position and continue helping our customers in a different way. Outside of work, Eric enjoys camping and boating with his family. He’s married with two sons, ages 9 and 12. His favorite color is blue, favorite food is tacos, and his favorite movie is Dumb and Dumber. One item on his bucket list is taking his boat down to Miami and traveling by boat to the Bahamas. We’re lucky to have Eric on the team and excited for this next chapter in his journey at QSC!

Carl’s favorite thing to do outside of work is to spend time with his family. He has 2 domesticated bunnies. If he didn’t have this job, he would get a career in computers or IT. He loves building and fixing computers. His first car was a 1999 Ford Mustang Convertible. He loved that car but traded it in on his 2001 Ford Mustang GT. He was not in the military but his grandfather served in the Army. He is also licensed for PA State Safety and Emission Inspections.

Mark has been rocking it as our new Automotive Technician for about a month now, and we’re so excited to have him with us. With a love for barbeque ribs, the color orange, and all things automotive, Mark brings great energy to the shop! Outside of work, Mark enjoys boating, fishing, and exploring Bass Pro Shop. And here’s the big news—he’s just welcomed a baby boy into the world!

Josh is our newest technician and brings a little over 2 years of hands-on experience working on cars. He also attended York County School of Technology. Outside of work, he enjoys church league softball, drumming at church, serving at camp, sports, and spending time with friends. His favorite color is green, his favorite food is stromboli, and his favorite movie is Remember the Titans.
