Keith and Jodi Katz


Keith and Jodi Katz are the owners of Quality Service Center. Keith has been in the auto repair business since 1981, and opened Quality Service Center in 1998. While he spends a lot of time managing the business, he also works part-time in the shop as a technician. His wife Jodi is a retired elementary school teacher and does a lot of the behind the scenes work. They have been married for over 33 years, and have two married children. They enjoy time at the beach and spending time playing with their three grandchildren.

Dan has been with us since 2011. He has over 18 years of experience in the automotive industry. In 2016 he moved from technician to service manager. Shop Foreman/Auto Mechanic

Joe joined our team in 2017 and brought with him an extensive knowledge of European cars. His skills however cover a wide range of makes and models. Joe is very particular and works hard at keeping your car well maintained and running like new. Joe’s wife is a teacher in Dallastown School District, and together they have 2 sons, which Joe enjoys spending time with.


Cindi Holmes | Quality Service Center

Cindi Holmes

Cindi joined our team in 2020 and has brought fun into the office. She handles our customer services, marketing, and many other things in the office. Cindi is married and enjoys throwing darts competitively and spending time with her grandchildren. She loves to laugh and will make you feel welcomed.


Joe Olimpio | Quality Service Center

Joe Olimpio

Joe has been a part of Quality since October of 2019. A former plumber, he decided to change careers and enrolled in auto repair training. He has learned so much since coming to Quality, and continues to improve his skills. Joe loves to hunt and looks forward to time spent in the wild hunting. Joe is married and has a daughter and 2 sons.
