I bought a Volvo s40 from Carlisle Cadillac that was delivered with a blown head gasket, (side note, Carlisle Cadillac are dishonest dealers) and needed it fixed I started searching for a well rated place and came across Quality service center. I had my car towed there and they got to work, Dan was the best he kept me up to speed on the progress and I got my car back today with it running like new. The best part is I was happily surprised that their work has a 2 year 24000 mile warranty. I never saw them in person unfortunately because of my work schedule but those guys are awesome and I will absolutely use them again if needed.

I popped my tire, and I called Quality Service Center instead of my insurance company for roadside assistance. I knew that they would be able to rescue me first. They ordered the appropriate tie for me later that day, and the following day they were able to install to on my car. The guys and Cindi treated me and my car with respect. Thank you!

I had purchased a newer Ford Edge and noticed some things didn't sound right. They did an excellent diagnostic job and worked with the dealer where I purchased it to fix everything.
