Will not install a hitch unless you waste your money on their cheap quality hitches.

Hi, Brett. Thank you for calling us about your hitch install. The unfortunate part is due to liability issues with installing customer supplied parts, we were not able to install your hitch. We didn't have the chance to talk with you about the hitches we supply, but they are not cheap quality. They are actually Curt hitches, which is a well-respected name in the hitch industry, so they definitely are not a waste of money. When it comes to towing, or even using a hitch for your bike rack, we don't want to take any chances. That is why we only sell a top quality hitch. Thanks again for reaching out to us, and we hope you were able to find a place that would install your hitch.

Quality Service Center is not like your ordinary auto service center. They are kind, dependable and generous! They know your name and you're not just another customer. They are trustworthy and I would recommend them to anyone! What other auto service center sends you a Christmas card and hands you a small gift as a token of thanks just for your business?!?! Both my wife and I have been getting our vehicles serviced here for a number of years. I have always been very happy with the friendliness and honesty of the owner and staff. It's important to feel like you're being treated with honesty and integrity and I have never had my doubts with Quality. They have been accommodating to our schedules, they are thorough in their recommendations but never pushy, and I've never had any complaints about the service to the vehicles themselves. I feel their pricing is more than fair as well. We've already recommended them to several friends and would tell you to do the same without a second thought.

Service nothing short of spectacular. I rolled in at 4 pm. They had the axle apart and ready for repair by 5. They drove me to a motel where I spent the night and they picked me up at 9 with my pick up ready to go. I made it to Boston airport with ten minutes to spare! I'm very grateful for their attitude towards their customers.
