These people are all about customer service! Every time I'm in there they are saving me money left and right (just for my boyfriend going there he gets $20 off and I get $35 off next time I go in! Which combined with the $25 gift card they gave me is epic!). It's also like going to the spa, every time I'm in there they take care on my car and there's always a surprise little gift when they are done. It's very relaxing and going there always decreases my stress about my car!

As a non-local to York and one who cares about the service to my car, Keith and his crew are hands down the best in town. From the moment I first called for an appointment and spoke to Kate, to the follow-up call with Phil (in which he explained EVERY detail to what they worked on, checked on, and recommended), I've never seen such care from a group of people! Don't let all of the "certified mechanics" at the big dealerships make you think they are more qualified, Quality Service Center is far more trustworthy and friendly than anyone I've ever had work on my car!

A very trustworthy staff, sincerely out to help their customers unlike most car garages looking to take your money. They provide great advice, as if it were their own vehicles. They also offer loaner cars at no charge which makes scheduling convenient since it doesn't disrupt your day. And they utilize text messages with a live person, so you can easily text to schedule an appointment or check on the status of your vehicle.

Spectacular service from a very friendly and helpful staff. This place is the new standard of what an auto service center should be. They're fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely love their customers. They're certainly worth every penny.

To say I am satisfied is an understatement, and if I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would do so. On our way from Maine to home in Texas, I detected a smell as i arrived in York. Fortunately, I had stopped at a friends house in York, and the next morning, I saw found the website for Quality Service Center. I went over to the shop early and arrived just before Keith and Phil were opening the place. Keith gave me a warm greeting and invited me into the shop. The facility was clean throughout. Keith immediately began his assessment and soon informed me that I had a blown head gasket. Phil immediately set in motion the process of finding the part for my vehicle. During this time, the mechanic assigned to my truck did a courtesy inspection and brought in one of my spark plugs. I had not changed them (bad oversight on my part) in 177,000 miles! So Phil added the plugs to my order. The parts soon arrived and the work was completed in an expeditious manner. As we waited, Jenni and I read and drank coffee and bantered with Phil. We were on our way by 10am and the truck purred all the way to Texas. Having worked on cars, I know that Quality Serve Center does quality work at a fair price. We thank all of the folks at Quality Service Center for their congeniality, kindness, excellent work, and quality service.
