My car was having issues that the dealership and several other shops could not fix. Quality Service Center figured it out and took care of it. I can't be happier with the total experience.

I've been taking our cars here for a few years now. I never cease to be impressed. Not only are they are thorough, but they email a comprehensive report including break downs and pictures of your car so YOU can make informed choices. They never presure or over charge. Infact I've been refunded before.The customer appreciation is always top notch. from mailed news letters and coupons to reminders about inspection. But this morning blew my mind. I got to witness their dedication to their customers. A mother and her kids were stranded. They sent staff to rescue them and get the kids to school! When a company says you're family THIS is what that means.

As always the team knocked it out of the park. Multiple returning customer. This time I brought them a complex set of issues (2009 Ford Fusion SE), and they were able to take care of everything that needed attention. Keith, I know this wasn't an easy one, lol. Very professional staff. Great to work with. Highly recommend! Thanks again guys.

LENDER CAR... Saved Me Time, Money, and Call- off's..W.O.W. Was UnSure of everything that was gonna need replaced as well if body.parts we're going to be available.. They Change oil. VERY GOOD! VERY HONEST! VERY ACCOMMODATING! I've been to a few garages in my time, some have been pretty good. Some have been not so good! Quality is BY FAR one of the best, if not THE BEST! They know what they're doing. It's not like a few places that I've been to, where the mechanics are learning as they go; and basically, you're paying for it! NOT HERE! These guys seem to have their act together! The service manager, Dan, is a pretty good guy! Just upon meeting and talking with him, you'll find that he's very nice, easy to talk to. He's the kind of guy that you would want to go fishing with, or introduce to your family at a picnic. He's very good natured! Seems that the others that I have met and interacted with, are also pretty decent and level headed individuals. Another word about Dan: he looks into things for you, tells you about the progress of your repairs, works with you about what your vehicle needs, etc. He does his job VERY well! They have a nice, clean waiting area, and from the looks of it, the shop is really clean, too! They can also provide a loaner car, if they need your vehicle for a long period of time for repairs. Their prices are not dirt cheap, but for the HIGH CALIBER of service and repair work that they do, it is certainly worth it. Quality is not some fly by night outfit, that are looking to make a quick buck! They offer Quality, honesty, integrity, and have you feeling glad that you stopped by!
