My wife and I switched to Quality Service Center a few years ago after continuously receiving poor vehicle and customer service at some other local shops. We haven't regretted the switch even once. The level of customer service is beyond anything we've ever experienced from a vehicle service center. We're lifetime customers now.
I've been taking my car here for the past 12 years and they do honest, excellent work! Very friendly and courteous. They give a printout of any problems they encounter with your car, which is helpful.
