From your call to schedule the next appointment, to the time you pull into our parking lot and come inside, you'll find our focus is on you. All the details are covered. Your drop off time is set and we're expecting you. We've studied your service history and there is time put aside to attend to your needs. You never feel rushed or like you're interrupting us.

We can go for a ride with you to hear what you hear. You'll be asked a bunch of questions to make sure we get it right. And we'll give you an idea of when we might look at your vehicle, so you can be available to take our call. It's important that we stay organized and on time so that you can be back in your vehicle as soon as possible.

If you've reserved a free loaner car, it will be gassed and ready to go. If you just need a ride home or to work, our shuttle driver will be expecting you. We respect your schedule as much as you do ours.

When you pick up your vehicle, we'll carefully explain all the details. Again, putting the time aside to make sure your needs are met.

We take our role of Service Provider very seriously. Our clients appreciate the way we look out for them and their vehicle. Here's what you can expect when you come in for service:

  • Free 25-point courtesy inspection

That's why our Oil Change Service is more than just an oil change. You get an experienced, ASE Certified Technician that understands what he's doing, evaluating the condition of your vehicle.

Towing - 717-854-6890 We use Anderson's Towing located in West York. They have 24-hour service and work with us and know our business well. They will give us a bill and we can just add it to your invoice.

Key Drop Off – There is a key drop off on the front door on the front of the building for after-hours drop off. Beside the door there is a blue box that you can open and find drop off envelopes. Fill one out, put the keys in it, and drop it through the door. It's that easy!
