I had the best experience ever with a car repair business at Quality Service Center. I was visiting the York area from my home in Northern Virginia when I had a serious problem with my car that required towing to Quality Service Center. I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the business and the professionalism of the staff. The owner took the time to show me the defective part and explain the cause of the problem. They went out of their way to travel one and one-half hours to obtain the required replacement part for the repair so I could get back on the road to return home the same day. I have been driving for over 50 years, and Quality Service Center is the best car repair business I have ever used. I wish they were located near my home in Northern Virginia because I would use them exclusively for all of my auto repairs.

Getting an oil change on our vehicles seems mundane, but the folks at Quality Service Center care, not only about our vehicle, but about the person. I was warmly greeted, they took time to chat with me, explained what they were going to do and completed the job in the time anticipated as I waited. I was given a goody bag of candy, which is always fun and I was wished a pleasant day! Thank you, Quality Service Center!!!
